How Do I Purchase?
You can purchase items when they are listed in the 'Catalog' area of this website. I have restocks on the 1st of every month. Most accurate and exact dates and times for restocks can be found in my Instagram (ploomworks) bio.

Do You Take Custom Orders?
I always appreciate the interest, but I do not take on any custom/bulk/wholesale or preorders at this time.

Why is There Nothing Available to Buy?
Due to other responsibilities, I am only able to create 2-7 pieces per restock at this time. Items often sell quickly at the time of a restock, often within minutes, and then it will take another month to create more stock for sale.

What are Your Products Made Of?
Apart from the plastic eyes, my pieces are made of 100% wool and do not use styrofoam structures underneath the wool.

How Much Time Does it Take to Create a Piece?
My needle felted pieces take anywhere between 2 to 12 hours per piece, averaging at around 6-8 hours per item.
Some days I have a few hours I can put towards felting, other days I have as little as 10-20 minutes, so it can often take some time to produce new pieces.

Where Do You Ship?
I currently ship worldwide from the USA.

How Many Items can I Purchase Per Restock?
Due to limited stock there is a limit of 1 purchase per person per restock.

What is the Price Range for your Pieces?
Needle Felted Pieces range from $50-$300, averaging at around $150 per piece.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost/Delayed Items
I am unable to be responsible for or replace lost or delayed items.
I am able to offer a partial refund for items confirmed to be lost in the mail.

Needle felted pieces are not toys and not suitable for children or pets.

Pieces are intended for display and gentle handling.
